A Pinch of Sugar (Lights Camera Insta-Love #1) by Jessa Kane
Review: Super excited for another new book from Kane, I feel like I’ve read everything of hers so far. Anyway, the book sounded interesting enough and like it would be a fun way to pass the time- as are most of Kane’s books. Loved the age difference between the two main characters and the cute way they met (can’t say I haven’t dreamed this myself). There were a lot more misunderstandings then one would see in these short romance e-books, but kept the story going. There was a daddy kink again in this book, and it lucky was not as bad as a lot of other authors (and this one) take it. In the end the book was just okay.

Summary: When Alice woke up this morning, she never expected to end up on a reality television competition where the contestants are terrible bakers. She’s been ambushed and now she’s expected to make a cake that actually tastes good? While the cameras roll?
Just when Alice thinks the situation couldn’t get any worse, the man she’s always loved from afar, British celebrity baker Sebastian Cove, is introduced as one of the judges. Sebastian has a reputation for being ruthless when judging desserts, but his glacial blue eyes soften the moment they land on sweet, flustered Alice. He wants a lot more than a pinch of her sugar and he’ll move heaven and earth to get it…
